Product Description
SUNTOUCH® Soluble Hemostatic Gauze is a white or light yellow knitted fabric with uniform color and soft textile. It is mainly made up of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose. SUNTOUCH® Soluble Hemostatic Gauze can quickly absorb water of exudates from wound surface to form viscous gel. It is effective in immediate hemostasis, protecting wound site and accelerating healing for trauma and post operational wound.

Mechanism
When SUNTOUCH® Soluble Hemostatic Gauze comes in contact with the bleeding site, it can quickly absorb water contents of exudates to form gelatinous mass, which fill wound voids, seal capillary ends, and thereby help stop bleeding.

More Effective
By forming gelatin, SUNTOUCH® Soluble Hemostatic Gauze increasing platelet adhesion and accelerating the aggregation of red blood cells, the thrombus can be rapidly formed to achieve the purpose of auxiliary hemostasis. Because this product has the characteristics of fast gel and dissolution, and its unique adhesion to tissue, the hemostatic effect is more significant.

Indications
For external, short term, use for the control of bleeding from lacerations, cuts, abrasions, and venipuncture. For the general population and for those on anticoagulant medications.
Contraindications
SUNTOUCH® Soluble Hemostatic Gauze should not be used for large area of wound hemostasis and hemorrhage of large arteries.
Directions
1.Open package and take out the gauze.
2.Place the gauze on wound surface and apply firm pressure directly over the wound until bleeding stops.Multiple gauze layers may be needed.
3.Cover with chean dressing or bandage to maintain pressure.
4.Seek medical professional help if necessary.
