LUOFUCON’PHMB Alginate Dressing is a sterile, single-use dressing consisting of calcium alginate fiber treated withpolyhexamethylene biquanide, and the maximum polyhexamethylene biquanide content is 0.8%.LUOFUCON*PHMB Alginate Dressing is used to manage moderate to heavily exudate wounds. As wound exudate is absorbed, thealginate forms a gel, which assists in maintaining a moist environment to help wound healing, and allows intact removal.Based on in vitro performance data, LUOFUCON’PHMB Alginate Dressing has board spectrum antibacterial effects, and thepolvhexamethylene biquanide qroup prevents colonization and proliferation of bacteria within the dressing for up to seven days.
LUOFUCON°PHMB Alginate Dressing is indicated for the management of moderate to heavily exudate and partial to ful thicknesswounds, including postoperative wounds, first and second degree burns, trauma wounds,leg ulcers, pressure ulcers, diabetic ulcersgraft and donor sites
Contraindications1. LUOFUCON°PHMB Alginate Dressing must not be used during the first four months of pregnancy (at any time thereafter, a strictbenefit/risk assessment has to be performed).
2. LUOFUCONPHMB Alginate Dressing must not be used in patients to polyhexamethylene biguanide
Warnings
1. This product is single use, and for external use.
2. Do not use it if the pouch is damaged or opened
3. Do not resterilize.
4. Do not suggest to use this product on dry wound.
5. LUOFUCON”PHMB Alqinate Dressing is intended for short-term use up to 28 days
